Yes, support the engine from below with a jack (use a wood block to distribute the weight so you don't dent the oil pan), remove the motor mount, power steering belt, alternator belt, a/c belt, accessory pully wheels and the harmonic dampener. At that point you should be able to remove the lower timing cover. Be *SURE* you remove all the bolts for the timing cover. There are plenty of them and some are hard to find. Also, keep track of where they came from b/c there are different length bolts.
