1g & 2g Steering Pump compatibility

Are some parts interchangeable? Particularly the Power Steering pump?

Well I just looked up the part numbers for 1g and 2g, the part numbers were different and the pumps looked slightly different so before you try to change it out check more into that.

If they're different numbers, they're different parts. They may still bolt-up and work, but they won't be "right".
