i bought a new clutch kit and was putting the new Release Bearing on and realized that the clip didn't have any where to be held in the Release Bearing is that ok?

there was an oem throw-out bearing before but since i got a new one i was going to switch it out

is it ok if the bearing doesn't have any where to hold the clip
Please use proper punctuation and capitalization in your posts. Like already said, TOB is not something you cheap out on, use an OEM TOB. How will the TOB retract along with the fork if you can't clip it?

The bearing can clip onto the fork but it doesn't have any where to hold the clip on the bearing

If the bearing can slide back and forth with the fork, you should be OK but I still recommend using an OEM piece so you don't have to go back in in a few months.
