12V source when cranking?

I am installing a stand alone microtech ems on a friends car and im looking for a good 12v source while cranking.

Go directly to the STARTER wire at the IGNITION cylinder/ Switch


90-94 Models, starter color is Black W/ yellow tracer
95-99 Models, starter color is Black W/red tracer

These wire colors are for Mitsubishi, Eagle, & Plymouth
