I was getting fuel cut so I purchased a Walbro 190lph fuel pump and im still getting this fuel cut. I have no tuning devices is that the problem? I know I should have some tuning device but I have no money at this time, and I thought a new pump should have fixed it.

Are you sure that what you're experiencing is fuel cut? It could possibly be a massive boost leak.

A tuning device is not necessary with the stock injectors. However, a data logger is always one of the best upgrades you could ever get for your car (to be safe, you should be logging the car before tinkering with boost). A logger would also give us more insight as to what your problem is.

Could you describe the symptoms in which you are experiencing?

I have a boost cont. but it is all the way down and my boost is at a consistant 15psi. Ok I will be driving in like 2nd or 3rd gear and ill hit the gas hard and then out of no where it just stops and feels much like a fuel cut. It also occurs in 4th if i drop from 5th. I know its not a boost leak because if im on the highway in 5th it will hold a consistant 15psi, I have also check many many times. Is it possible my plugs can cause this? There are gapped correctly and were replaced about 2k mi. ago.

I would also say a boost leak is likely the culprit. Do a boost leak test and report back.

Just because it is holding steady at 15 psi doesnt mean you dont have a leak. How did you check your intake system for leaks? You're still seeing 15 psi because your turbo is able to sustain that amount, but, with a leak, it has to work that much harder to maintain that pressure. You're also drawing more air than needed through the MAF to maintain that pressure which the sensor reads as an excessive amount and voila', fuel cut.

Oh and despite the name, fuel cut has nothing to do with fuel.

Its deffinatly not boost leak I tested it the other night found nothing, and all vac. lines are fine aswell.

You do know fuel cut has nothing to do with your fuel delivery. It happens when you over run the maf and the ecu cuts the fuel. So you can buy every fuel mod known to man and it wont do anything.

Usually 90% of the time its from running to much boost or a boost leak. When you have a leak the turbo will work harder to maintain the same boost level and will pull in more air which will overun the maf. What psi did you pressurize the system too when you did the leak test?

Its because im running to much boost, all of a sudden im holding between 16-18 psi, so if it has nuthing to do with a fuel upgrades what do i have to do in order to stop this from occurring?? Do i need an air/fuel controller?
