3" Catalytic Converter to 2.25"

Just wondering if anyone knows of any company's that make a 3 inch catalytic converter to a 2.25 inch catalytic converter. My idea is to weld my Ecutout into my new 3 inch downpipe and just replacing that cat to make things more simplified.

Not too sure about the emsissions laws in VA, but I know having a catalytic converter is Federal Law, but the states actually have the option of enforcing it or not(I do have confirmation on that too), I know Ohio doesnt enforce it. I would just say cut it off, and put straight pipe. Thats what I did.

That would be a great idea but seeing that im a state inspector at my shop may not work seeing that I will be the one enforcing it haha.

Haha, yea, I could see that posing a problem. Like I said though, I didnt know if VA was a state that did or didnt enforce it. I just knew Ohio didnt.
