So I am just did a fmic install and a boost leak test and I have no leaks, except for the bov but it doesn't leak till 20 psi. Then I drove the car the without realizing the wastegate actuator wasn't hooked up correctly so it was wide open. So like an idiot unaware of the wastegate problem I got on the car and there was a puff of black smoke and a pop, now I have no boost. I have checked for leaks and can't find any. I looked at the intake side of the turbo and there is no play/broken turbine. What could be causing no boost? I have the wastegate hooked up properly now, and still no boost, ughh I feel so stupid. Could my wastegate flapper be broken? Could my exhaust side of the turbo be messed up? I just can't figure it out and it saddens me. Also, if it is the wastegate flapper what is the easiest way to check that?
Any and all help welcome, THANKS!

. If it were the turbine side + no boost, I would say there would be some chatter along with it (unless it is just a bad seal but the turbo will follow along with it soon enough).
