DSM members in Central Valley?

I'm very new to this DSM and wondered if there are any members in the Central Valley. Reading tech doesn't help much for me, I need hands on also. I'm hoping that someone with some experience lives close to where I'm at.

I've searched the members but everyone seemed to be either NorCal or SoCal. Since those are the only two choice available to pick for profile, I figure maybe other members are in the Central Valley (Bakersfield, Fresno, Merced..etc.)

Fresno represent... I'm trying to add all you fresno clovis guys on my dsm page! I think there is like 5 or7 of you guys from here!

Man I'm dying here! I haven't drop my car yet that's why I haven't try to organize a meet. But my teins should be coming in next week, and my $75 punishment intercooler should be in. I don't want to do a photo shoot with a stock looking car, . But I have three cuzz, all with gst spyders. If you guys know there is a nor cal meet on dec. 19/20 in the bay area. Since it's to far I think we should have our own. I can't think of any place but maybe Avocado or Woodward. Everyone bring some meat so we can bbq, bring their loggers cause I don't have one, . Help each other and bs like that! So what ya'll think!
I know why this is posted in newb section... We get tech points... hahahhaha!

hey guys im brand new to the dsm im a soldier form the central valley (madera) currently deployed i just with the help of my family bought a 95 gst im looking for a reputable shop in the area i can take it to and have em do a really good once over on it i'd like to start buying parts and trying to work on it when i get leave but first i'd like a good dsm mechanic to look the car over and tell me what it could handle and guide me in the right direction to i dont just buy a giant bolt on turbo and the internals of my engine cant handle it any help would be appreciated
