So I'm a dumbass and didn't bolt my wastegate to the flange before i welded the flange onto my manifold. Now I am looking for a replacement flange, for an HKS standard series wastegate. I have found them on a couple sites but really dont wanna fork over the 70$ bucks for a dumbass move. Anyone know where to get one cheaper? or does anyone have any old ones? or any connections with HKS?

Any help is appreciated.

I think what youre saying is you cant bolt the wastegate onto your manifold with the flange being welded to the manifold first? That doesnt sounds like a good plan in the first place. How can you unbolt your wastegate with the flange welded on?

Take in a gasket and have a shop cut you a flange.

i had it welded on the manifold without bolting it to the wastegate. therefore it warped and will not seal to the wastegate plunger or housing. If i would have had it bolted tot he wastegate and then welded on it wouldnt have been able to warp. so i am looking for another one.

the flange would have to be CNC cut, as it is a 3 demensional flange.

I was just hoping someone had one lying around, or had a connection with a HKS supplier and could get me a deal.

but thank you for your help.
