will a engine out of a 95 manual fit in a 90 eagle talon tsi auto.both turbo motors.

its a pain in the butt . plus you don't want that nasty 7 bolt in your oldschool dsm. trade for a decent 6 bolt.

yea i know what you mean.The guy bought this motor off of ebay and didn;t know what to buy.I got told that the 7 bolt won't work due to motor mount issue and electrical stuff.any ideas if that is true.if so know anyone that has a 6 bolt that they would wanna trade

Is the motor a 95 n/t? Either way, no 2g motor will work in a 1g. It will not bolt into a 1G because there are no provisions for the front roll stopper motor mounts that bolt to the block. If you want to find a used 6 bolt motor, check out www.car-parts.com. They are a nation wide junk yard search. You may also search on the classified adds on our forums as well.
