Sup fellas again...

I'm plan on buying the new HKS sqv from slowboyracing tomorrow sometime after i read the replies.

For starters i know its a great bov. But know quite sure what else/where to buy the other needed parts.

My fmic has a flange for i believe a greddy. not 100% sure thou. i'll double check.

I also plan on recirculating , as i've heard thats probably the best way for me and my goals.(which are to have a "reliable" daily driver that can take out a v8 is deemed nessary!:sneaky:

So what do i need and where do i get it! thanks guys!!

I have: exhaust/intake/ngk wires/safc/boostgauge/boost controller/

next week i'll have..: FMIC/ "hks bov" / big 16g(hopefully)

future.....fuel pump/injectors/:dsm:

You will need the HKS SSQV bov, the HKS recirculating kit, and you may have 2 options dealing with the flange. I know the 1G flange and Greddy flange are sorta 'interchangeable' so you might be able to buy a 1G to HKS flange adapter (http://www.jayracing.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=8). I'm not sure if that will work or not. But the better way IMO is to take your UICP to a welder, have them take off the current flange and weld on the HKS flange, which you'll have to purchase separate from the bov. Other than that, you should be set parts wise!

As for where to get it, look in the Parts section and also in the Vendors section (both links in the top bar). That'll probably be your best bet and your cheapest bet.

No, thats wrong. If he has a Greddy Flange, then that peice will not work as the bolt holes are about 3-4 mm off on each side. If you are getting a FMIC kit from Slowboy racing you have have them weld the HKS BOV flange on the piping for about $40.

Would you be able to redrill the holes (like people have done to put a Greddy bov on a 1G flange)?
