Engine Problems?.....

I took my engine out the other day and i found out something interesting.. my crank has alot of endplay... im not sure how much it is exactly but its more then specs allow im sure.. i thought it was the bearing gone bad or that the thrust bearing went out. i removed the pan and the main cap.. the bearing looked fine the engine only has 3k on it, its a sbr shortblock anyone know why there is so much endplay? i need help quick thanks....

To be on the safe side I would double check how exactly you are measuring, just in case.

crankwalk on a 6 bolt? what would cause it to happen so soon?
