Windsor,
Hey guys, the car in question is a 1990 Eagle Talon TSi. This car was running before it blew the old turbo. Having since replaced the turbo after the car sat for a couple of months we found we have a faulty fuel pump too.
So we install a 255LPH Walbro and are faced with evidently the same problem. The vehicle does not operate the fuel pump when the ignition is turned on. Consequently, we cannot start the vehicle.
We have jumped the fuel pump with the test lead underneath the hood and the pump does run. We have also tested the Control Relay and Computer, both of which are fine. All fuses are good as well. Still we face a no-start condition because despite the fact that we can force the pump to activate, the vehicle will not do so on its own.
Possibilities and suggestions please!
