I'm deffinetly not a noobie to 4G63's, but I am to this forum so first of all, hello everyone. I'm trying to find out what the difference between two types of mitsubishi fuel injectors are, namely, between a B240H injector, and a N240H injector. I can't find any information anywhere so I don't know if there is some type of resistance difference, or if it is just a difference between the years they were made. I'm mostly asking because I just picked up a set of N275H injectors as a cheaper match for the Venom Superflow fuel pump I just put in my 90 Galant GSX (cheaper than the matching Venom injectors). If anyone has already put a set of these injectors (they are from a 4G64) on their 4G63 and gotten them to work, that's all I really NEED to know, but if no one has, or, if someone also happens to know what the difference is, I would appreciate learning that too.

well, a 4g64 would have smaller injectors than the 450cc ones that come stock one that car....
If Im not mistaken, the injectors are all peak and hold, so they all use a resistor pack, but only before 96 (or whenever they switched to OBD2)

did you google search the part numbers and see what year they come off of? do that, then search for a resistor pack for the same year car... if there isnt one, then you know that year didnt use resistors... tu comprendo? LOL

Actually, incase anyone wanted to know, the non turbo 4G63's used 240 cc injectors. The turbo models used 450 cc injectors. Incase anyone wonders why, just think about the amount of air flow difference between a naturally aspirated 1997 cc displacement motor and a turbocharged motor. When 450 cc injectors are used in a motor this size, in one minute of constant flow, a cylinder would almost completely fill up with gasoline, which is way too much fuel unless a charged airflow comes in to mix with the extra fuel. I did try to google it, but there isn't any information apparent on what the difference is between the B series and N series injectors. I didn't know if there where any tech guys employed by Mitsubishi on this site that might know. If anyone wants to know what size of injector their car has, I'm pretty sure (from every injector I've seen so far) that all injectors have their flow rate stamped on the side. The turbo 2.0 liters use B450L (atleast for the 6 bolts), non turbo use both B240H and N240H, etc. L and H designation I'm pretty sure denote low and high impedence. If anyone else has any info, or even ideas where to look, please let me know.
