Timing my GS

Im about to do my timing on my 94 GS non turbo, I have a six bolt bottom end that came out a 91 and I do have the balance shaft belt, I know how to line up my came gears, crank and oil sproket is there some other timing I do with the balance shaft belt?

Also I need to turn my crank over so it can be in the correct timing but I cant turn it from the sprocket, i cant find my bolt that went through it so how else can i turn it over?
