Alright I have an act2100 clutch installed 20,000 miles ago.

Clutch was fine until one night it went slightly softer then normal and started having trouble getting in and out of gears.

Then the clutch fluid looked milky and dirty so I bleed it out and put new in and it doesnt help. So I replaced the slave cylinder because there was water in the boot. And then put in new fluid and now its even harder to get into gear.

Please help guys, I need the car for work!

Yes put in a new slave and bled it. Problem is still there, so I am thinking master cylinder BUT there is no fluid leak or loss so could it be the master? I thought they leaked when they went bad?

Alright so I adjusted the clutch engagement and now it works perfect. I am scared this will just come back though. Any suggestions on what could have caused it to become adjusted poorly?

A loose bolt maybe? Or some odd act of DSM that caused it to come out of adjustment, but as long as you adjsuted it properly and checked EVERYTHING you should be fine. let us know if anything else comes up with it

I will be replacing the master cylinder when it gets here and after that everything should be new or close to new. Also ordered SS clutch lines and metal bushings

the master cyclinder will and the ss line will make it stiffer and will make a big improvement when i did my my motor and tranny i put in new slave master and ss line with 2600 works perfect what bushing did you order? the linkage cable pushing? i just installed them myself. I didnt notice much of a differnce. i did notice a huge differnce when i install the bushings for the shifter base. good luck
