alright it has only been happenin recently and only happens randomly and im new to the whole turbo thing.. but every once in a while.. i will hit turbo, boost gauge goes up .. rpms go up .. i can hear the turbo spoolin up but the mph stay.. and it jus doesnt seem to be gettin to the engine.. so i pump the gas alittle bit and it usually jus kicks in.. any idea what the problem could be.. or what it could involve?

That sounds like to me, your having clutch issues.

When you step on gas, and everything goes up but your speed, that would mean all your clutch is doing is slipping...letting up off the gas would allow the clutch to grab, and thus, "kicks in" like you say.

If the Previous owner did put in a stage 2 clutch its still possible for it to be slipping. Especially if the clutch did not have its requested "break in period" and no launching on it. If the Owner just drove it like he stole after putting the clutch in, it can lead to slipping issues..

ya i cant talk to the past owner.. he went to college and i dont have his number.. but i bought the car about 5 months ago.. and yes i am kind of new to driving stick but ive had help from friends and im not ripping on the clutch or anything..

Well if you ever catch yourself resting your foot on\just above the clutch that may be your problem. You may be engaging the clutch ever so slightly, which creates excessive wear on the clutch, leading to your problem...

It could be your clutch going out and to see if it is, drive your car around the block drive say 25 MPH and put it in say 3rd or 4th gear and try to go. Give her a good amount of gas if the RPM and Boost go up then you got a slipping clutch and you would need a day plus some to change it. Also, did you do your maintanance on your car yet?

u could have a hole in ## intercooler piping, i had one and the turbo would spool but there wasnt any power
