I have a 1g eclipse with the pop up headlights. When I went to give them the "lazy eye" look a year or so ago, I achieved the lazy eye look. I took out the relay and just manually twisted them to where I wanted. However, when I put the relay back in now, only the passanger side goes up and down and the driver side does not move. I can see that the lever that controls it isn't attatched to the headlight. However, the one on the driver side is extremely hard to get to or even see for that matter because of the power steering, windshield washer filler, etc. And now I can't even get the headlight to stay up even a little bit like I used to for the lazy eye look. So I can't even drive it at night now till I fix this. Any tips/ideas on how to fix this?

did you use anything to reach it? Because I can barely even see it. But yeah I was just trying to avoid taking stuff apart for something that stupid but oh well.

Okay so the lever wasn't attatched to anything because I got a long pair of pliers and pulled it out
