I have a PTE 5162SP turbo. Originally I thought that doing the awd conversion would be great cause i would be able to get so much more power down to the road. I went to my DSM shop and i was told that I would not find any cars running under 12s with that awd conversion setup. The owner of the shop is one of the better DSM/Evo professionals that I know, so i had no reason to doubt him. I have already found someone who did the conversion and was running 9.3 and had about 685whp. Is there anyone else out that who runs real low times and has done the conversion?

I have writeups on how to do it but was wondering what those people have in the 1/4mile

It shouldn't be any different than the times a car that came AWD are capable of, it might even weigh less than stock AWD. Other peoples track or dyno #s aren't going to mean much though, the mods on the car & tuning and driving will have more affect on those #s then the AWD swap. I wouldnt take anymore advice from the shop that told you that a swaped car cant do anything under 12s, that dose not make any sense at all WTF
