I have a 95 GSX and I am building a 6bolt block and will be using a 7 bolt head. I am running into some problems with my water pipe and oil cooler. I have a 91 style oil filter housing, can I use my 2g water pipe and cooler? I have them bolted up but nothing is lining up. I am kinda
stuck and I believe I'm just over thinking this. heres a picture

I agree with TwoLiterLaser. If it is just the rubber hoses being too short than you can just buy some bulk hose and make the length you need.
Is there something else not lining up that we are missing?

Im pretty sure you need to use the 1g water pipe for the swap

According to magnus, you need to use a 1g oil housing and a 1g water pipe

The reason for this is that on the 2g water pipe there is no nipple for a coolant line to the turbo.

I can't imagine how you will use the 1g waterpipe. Since you are using a 2g head, you will need to use a 2g water pipe (since ONLY the 2g water pipe is provisioned for the 2g thermostat housing).

As far as the water lines for the OFH, all you need is an water feed and water return, so you can just pick your routing. Personally, one would be from the thermo housing and the other on the nipple on the water pipe.
