This is something weird that none of my friends could answer.
I hydrolocked my engine today, atleast I think. Car drove into a puddle, wheel kicked up water into the filter, poof car stalled. I tried cranking it over, but got no rotation from the crank. So i got it home, sucked out the water from each cylinder, there wasn't much, but a good 2-3 teaspoons of water in each. There was more in the intercooler and piping than anything.
Anyways, I got some new plugs, and fired her up, got some mist/white smoke from exhaust.
Car idles, revs up smoothly, the usual lifter tick, but nothing else.
Then I go to look and I see my radiator is steaming. I go to touch the hoses, upper hose is HOT, and lower hose isn't even warm.
Anyone have any ideas?
