montreal,
ok so on my a/f gauge when i accelerate it goes from rich to lean and the car stutters and sometimes it stays at rich but now its mosty on lean what can it be? oh yeah its when i accelerate hard

Fill out your vehicle information so people here can better help you. But from what I know, the A/F gauge does nothing but flashes it's little light all over the place and cannot accurately determine anything about your car *by itself*. Are you getting check engine lights?

If your talking about the blinky light show a/f ratio gauge it wont be useful to you in tuning or determining the engines true condition because its ran off a narrow band stock 02 sensor which cant tell you anything in detail especially on a modified vehicle.
I mean it can give you a faint idea in which region of the air fuel ratio your in but nothing near in terms of specifics. Get a wide band .

I'm assuming this is a narrow-band Air/Fuel gauge??? If it is, there is no point in looking at it or worrying about what it says. As mentioned, you need a wideband O2 sensor/gauge if you really want to know whats going on with your Air/Fuel ratio.
