Turbo Buy?

Need help looking at a possible turbo buy, I was browsing eBay motors and came across a brand-new .50 Trim Hybrid turbocharger. The problem is that its Buyitnow price is listed as $160 USD. This seems far too low and I wanted a second opinoin on the legitimacy of the product before buying a defective or bum turbo. It looks like a cheap knock off to me. If it isn't name brand I would stay away from it.

I would search "ebay turbo". They arent the preferred route to go but it looks like they are hit and miss. The only problem is if they are a miss - turbo implodes - kiss that engine goodbye.

I have one sitting on my shelf actually but decided to go with a PTE instead. The ebay 50 trim seems to be good, no shaft play or anything, looks decent. Trust is just an issue.

spend your 160 at a bar getting wasted. that buzz will last longer than that turbo will.

it is a knock off dude. usually those come from companies in China that just pump out POS after POS. Save your money to buy a genuine quality turbo.
