Sylvan Lake,
I'm not catching boost until around 4 thousand rpm and when it does sometimes it will hold like 11 psi then rocket to 21 where it should be. from what I've read guys are starting to spool at like 3 and done 200 rpm later. wtf? :barf:

It is either a boost leak or Wastegate preload, slip a couple of washer under the actuator arm mount to tighten up the wastegate. It may 2 or three under each bolt.

Your choice if you have boost leak setup, check that first, if not try a couple of washers first.
