boost problems

Well when i got my car a couple of months ago (95 gsx 16g turbo etc) it was running at 15psi of boost with no problems. About 3 weeks after that it would start jerking like it was losing pressure when i went over 10. I have had the psi set at 8 or 9 since it happened. It only happens if i catch boost creep and go over 10. Does this mean i have a bad boost hose or whats up?

Test for a boost leak.

Definitely check for a leak.

Your problem could certainly be boost leak but, if that turns out to not be the problem, check your blow off valve. If you have an after market bov tighten the spring and then try to drive over 10psi or check your manifold pressure line going to the bov.
