Brakes screeching even when driving

My brakes is screeching even when I'm driving, I'm not really sure, but it makes the same sound it makes when I am braking. So what should I be looking for? It makes thats screeching sound around 0-30 mph and then its just quiet after that.

If you think its the brakes, then take the wheels off and look around. Check to see if the pads are not completely gone and see if anything ir rubbing against the rotor. clean everything lubricate and make sure that the pistons are not frozen in the caliper. If everything turns out to be good then its not brake relaided problem. Just look around feel things. Good luck.
