I have no clue what this is. I have a failed sensor that keeps warm up enrichment off. My car runs really rough when I first start it, then you can physically hear and feel it get in the stoich zone where its supposed to be. My question is I have this black spray on the concrete right by where my exhaust sits. Probably about 2 feet long. It isnt oil, because it doesnt leave any streaks when you try and clean it up. Could this just be a carbon buildup in my muffler? Its dark out right now but tomorrow I will get a pic to show you exactly what it looks like. Its little black dots in a spray pattern.

That's from your car running much too rich. Thats the extra fuel that doesn't get fully combusted. Common during warm up.

Just make sure you dont park it in a friends driveway. I parked mine when it was doing that in my Cousins driveway and needless to say he was a little pissed after I left. Funny as hell for me though. LOL

Most of that is just condensation picking up soot from your exhaust pipes. Every DSM with an aftermarket exhaust that I've seen has done that to some extent. There is a nice black spot on my garage door from when I accidentally fired it up and revved it with the garage door closed.

Hahah yep, ive had people yell at me for leaving black spots. Just use a little simple green to clean it up:thumb:
