HELP ELECTRICAL PROBLEMS!! no test light :(

After putting in my buddys eprom and socketed ecu to scan my car with link my running lights, tail lights, and dash lights (including my gauges) dont have power. When I brake i have brake lights. Hazards and turn signals work. Headlights and brights work. Someone point me in the right direction to where to begin because I have no idea. Keep in mind I have no test light so I cant test wires or fueses. But please try your best to help me out.

Haha I wish it was that easy this late. everythings closed. I think I found the blown fuse. IM going to attempt to put a jumper wire in there and see what happens.
