need feedback-new 1g fwd t-back exhaust and ect

ok,its been a long while since my last car.if all goes well ill be picking up a 90 gst w/a "no power after 4k" problem for 500$.he was asking 700$,but that is w/the power issue and i have to smog it.so i think 500$ is fair.
ok,so hoping its minor im starting with the first steps.new plugs properly gapped,base timing check,leak test,change oil/tranny fluid,check coils.and just really go over the car.now hoping its soemthing minor.... my first paln of attack will be a t-back exhaust.now i have been out of this for a while so i now theres new and better things out there.i want a 3" t-back w/cat.now i have 2 choices.i can buy a 3" magnaflow/car sound hi-flow cat,muffler of my choice and a 3" DP and have a exhaust shop set me up.yes,i know they will be press bent but for what mods i have planned,if i even keep the car are as follows-evo16 turbo,2g/evo mani.evo 02,550cc,get the pcm shipped for the mods and a 2g maf,fmic(maybe).so i thing a 3" system press bent will be just fine......unless theres a company out there that makes what i want for close to what i would spend fdoingit my way.my way cost break down.cat 65$,DP 140-200$,muffler 50-100$ and the shop will charge me about 200$ for piping and labor.so between 300-550$ total depending on deals.
please feel free to leave feed back.i am toying with GUTTING the car,and just making it a fun,rip them from the tree weekend fun car.

i have a fun GST i beat around in that is gutted. if you can put up with alot of noise, and no radio its a rather fun car. i also have no exhaust system because it was mainly a budget car. im thinking about an exhaust but im waiting for a really good deal in the classifieds...
