Well today I was searching the DSM sites, and decided I would call to see if I had any 'active' re-calls... Turns out I do. I have a recall on the front seat buckles Is this worth it? Well It's free, but you know what I mean...Giving up the car for such amount of time?

I think everyone here would agree that any safety recall is "worth" taking advantage of.

There is a reason a recall was issued. Take it in, and like you said it is free.

Yeah take advantage of all recalls. Another easy way to see if there are outstanding recalls on your car is to go to www.carfax.com and punch in your vin. It will tell you free of charge. Tom.

I guess you're right...anything to ensure is safety is worth it.
