1st off i have a 1g awd talon. i was talked outof getting a evo3 exhaust manifold and into a 2g ported manifold. my question is i found one and he says that the divider inside the housing for the outlet has a crack in it. will this cause a problem. he says no it wont. also the runners have been gasket matched and the outlet is ported to match a 7cm housing gasket. does this mean the i can install my 14b turbo to it for now until i can upgrade to a evo3 big 16g? also will that turbo fit on it? here is the pic of it thanks for any help

Once you have one crack you are bound to have more. Cracks in the manifold lead to exhaust leaks, which will cause more lag, etc. Find your self decent manifold, you will only get out as much as you put in.

Like I said, once you get them you could get more. Just like a windshield. You have ruined the rigidity of the whole structure. It is just my opinion that you could find something worth more.
