So I installed my new 16g and it does not have a nipple on it like the t25, so i routed my mbc line to my bov. But now im seeing like 25 vacuum instead of 5 with my t25. Is that normal? Thanks Winter

You should not use your bov as a souce of vacuum. 5hg at idle is not normal at all you should be 17-20hg at idle with stock cams. ALso you should get the install kit the pipe comes with a place for you to run your mbc.

If you still have the old turbo, unscrew the vacuum nipple from it. Drill and tap a hole in the 16G and install the vaccum nipple into the new turbo. Route your vacuum lines back the way you had them so you are not using the BOV as a source of vacuum (I'm surprised Defiant hasn't chimed in yet :D ).

If drilling into the turbo makes you uneasy, you can try this quick tap that goes into an intercooler coupler:

Then send the old vacuum nipple to me. :D

My son has a 16G also and I haven't been able to find something similar, short of buying a used turbo just to remove the vacuum nipple.
