ok im going to pop the oil pan off on my awd laser to check the status off the pump to see if i need a new one cuase it dosent seem like its sucking oil good enough and the transfer case is in the way so is there any way around it or do i just have to take off the transfer case cuase that seems like a pain if i had to

LOL, the oil pump is part of the front case. its a set of gears. the only thing you might find when taking the oil pan off is the sump which could be blocked up with chunky residue(have seen that before) so its not an entirely bad idea to do that, but you will not find an oil pump in there.

your t case gotta come off, and be careful you do it in a clean enviroment. make sure you have a new gasket or a bottle of rtv. Follow the direction in the haynes. Also torque all bolts to spec (don't be a hack and wing it)

LOL some one told me it was in there and i was like thats not right LOL so i decided to see if it was true or not and well i think its preety good i just think my old o ring either got jammed in my oil return at the top below the turbo and thats what is preventing a lack of oil
