Today i had my car dyno tuned and tried to install my walboro 255 fuel pump. My tuner tried for an hour to get the last bolt under the car undone. They could not get the bolt to unscrew because it is pretty badly stripped. I have absolutely no idea what to do. We were able to get 258 whp and 270 wtq, but the fuel pressure was dropping off whenever i hit boost because the stock pump cannot keep up. Does anyone have any advice or has anyone dealt with this problem before? Help is greatly appreciated because I am stumped.

i would get some good vise grips on the bolt as tight as you can squeez your little hands and then try and get it off and of course soak the bolt with wd-40 or something of that sort. maybe even get a new tank if you cant get it.

Mine was a bit tough to come off, luckily I didn't strip it even though I didn't use flare end wrenches. I used Vice Grips on the 19mm bolt and kept it steady, then used bigger pliers on th 14mm nut to break it loose.
Good luck.
