Hey dsm'ers. I believe that ever since my t3/t4 install, at warm idle and coming back to an idle, smoke just plumes out the back. it doesnt really do it when under WOT, but its like a bluish smoke, seems like oil. I dont believe its valve seals because it would eventually stop while im driving, but it just keeps goin. My pcv valve is new, and its working ok. My friend also routed the oil feed line from the unfiltered side of the oil filter housing, and i think thats the problem. I'd rather run the turbo off of the head. What do you think it could be? Im getting -12 hg also. -Mickey

I diagnosed what the problem was, and fixed it. The oil feed line to my turbo was routed from the UNFILTERED port of the oil filter housing. DO NOT DO THIS! I wouldn't even recommend routing it to the filtered side, i just put mine back to the head. I notice faster spool up time as well, and more response. There really is no reason not to route it to the head. Turbos like to be doused with oil, not pressurized with it. Well guys, there ya go, I fixed it, and I hope I help some people out!
