The rear strut plate in my AWD 2G is bad. My friend has a 1G AWD parts car with a good one in it, but I don't know if it will work in a 2G (though they LOOK the same).

The plate I am talking about is what the strut goes through (in the rear) which bolts to the frame of the car with two bolts (clearly visible from the top). I believe this is also the plate that the rubber strut bushing compresses against. I wish I had a picture, but I'm at work :'(

Thanks!

The good news is that the rubber bushings are the same part numbers for both 1g's and 2g's. I dont know if the plates are exactly the same but since the rubbers are the same its a very good possibility. You most likely are just going to have to pull them out and compare them.
