electric... wipers fuel pump on

when i hook up my battery the windshield wipers are on and the fuel pump is constantly running....any suggestions would be greatly appreciated...trying to get my car up and running after a year of sitting!~!!!!!@!~@!#!$%#@^%$&*^%*(*&6

You obviously have a short. Try pulling fuses to narrow it down. Does FP stop when disconnecting it's relay? If nothing stops it try disconnecting battery and unbolting the engine fusebox and look at the mass of wires under there for wires shorting.
