Rebuild 2g recomendation need it.

Hi,

i have a have tsi talon 96 with E316G on it, everything else on engine and fuel stock , running pretty good on 10 psi. my engine have 140k miles so i want so save for a rebuild

i was looking on extremepsi.com the following parts:

Wiseco Forged Pistons w/ Rings (9.0 C.R.): 92-99 Mitsubishi Eclipse 7-Bolt
Fel-Pro Head Gasket Set : Mitsubishi Eclipse 2G 7-Bolt
Fel-Pro Lower Block Gasket Set : Mitsubishi Eclipse 7-Bolt
Fel-Pro Crankshaft Front Seal Set : 7 Bolt
Topline Oil Pump Assembly : Mitsubishi Eclipse 7 Bolt
ACL Aluglide Main Bearing Set: Mitsubishi Eclipse 1992-1997 7-Bolt
ACL Aluglide Rod Bearing Set: Mitsubishi Eclipse 7 bolt

maybe i will change the turbo but not for boost more than 27 psi , 25 max on the future, for now i will stay with my 16g on 22 psi max runing on 95 oct

top line oil pump is good?

beside that i will get the ARP for the head.

any recommendation on other brand or this is just enought, i will appreaciated any comments.

I second that... get a metallic head gasket... a Cometic or a HKS would be good... ARP head studs too!

If you are not changing the connecting rods, at least get ARPs for them...

I would get ARP main studs as well. It's only another $55 or something and remove the balance shafts. I have some Wiseco 9:1 pistons that I only ran for 20 miles and then I had some pistons slapping so I have to get the .020 over and I can't seam to get rid of these. They are in 100% new condition and you would just need to get a set of rings from Wiseco. Let me know because I'll let them go for very very cheap!
