I want to drop my 2G about 2 inches or just a good amount. I've read a lot and cant really decide. Im looking for the cheapest setup. My car has the stock 16' wheels on rite now. I was thinking Sportlines and a camber kit because I want a big drop but does anyone have a better suggestion? Post some before and after pix . Thanks :dsm:

i ran tein s tech springs on my 03 tibby and i enjoyed the quality and ride. im going to be running koni red w/ sportline springs on my 96 gsx once i get it together.

Hell yes your going to need a camber kit if you get a drop thats 2" or more. Hell even 1.7 might need some camber kits. I did on my GSX lowered 1.7".

Look at the pics Gregory posted, look at his rear wheels. I have seen a car in person with those springs, it looks nice, gives it that really slammed look.

My only advice, get shocks that can handle that kind of drop, or expect your stock ones to go out eventually.

Also, your going to need to relearn how to drive. That's always fun. :)

There are two things that are a must when lowering your car. Camber kit for front/rear and new struts. Like Spoolin and RedTurbo said, your stock struts will blow because they are not made for that type of workload. Eibachs are great and will make your car look good, just match them with some new and good aftermarket struts.
