im doing a 2.3 stroke build in my 2g fwd and i want to do something around the lines of a T4 60 trim any suggestions on what turbo i should get. i dont want anything that will spool so fast i peel out off the line. thanks for any help

Sounds good... You want a pretty big turbo since your going stroker, not only for airflow reasons, but because having some lag on a fwd will keep the tire shock down and they will be more happy as far as traction goes.
Since your going stroker, the displacement increase itself will cause a lot more low end torque and horsepower which will leave you more prone to spin, therefore id be safe to assume the bigger turbo you go the more smooth and linear the power band, and the better the overall traction. The tires will still spin though, the key is getting them to hold traction for as long as possible. For instance in my gst if I take off to hard in 1st and spin thru first I will end up spinning half of 2nd gear also... But if I dont spin first I dont spin second... Kind of hard to explain... Real good tires, suspension and lsd will be required to get the most out of this set up, normally fwd'ers dont go stroker...

Not sure if that a legit Borg Warner turbo (haven't looked into them that much) but even if it is I wouldn't go for that, if your looking for a good sized turbo. S200 isn't that big you'd want something more like the S256. Either way I was wondering why you are putting a stroker into a fwd, to me this just sounds like a bad idea. A stroker makes more power/torque exactly where you don't want it to. IMO a built 2.0L would be a much better route with a laggier turbo, that you can rev nice & high would be a better route.

too me nothing beats the sound of a BB fp3052 spooling up. but that might be a little out of the budget for some.. but i think its a worth it investment. i just blew my bottom end. so im building one up for more boost.in all honesty though a evo16g will do justice for most dsmers.bigger turbos mean more money down the line.

I just installed a 60trim bb turbo on my 2.0l with stock exhaust, no cat, straight through muffler. I bearly get 10lbs at 4k rpm. I think this turbo would be perfict for a 2.3l. I plan on installing a 2.3l stroker in the future... hope all goes well for you.

It is no wonder it takes 4K to only get 10PSI.
You really need to open up that exhaust.
