91 cam angle sensor; is there a seal?

im leaking oil from the passenger side of the head. i just changed the valve cover gasket and it still leaks. is there a seal that can go bad in the cam angle sensor ??

Did you dab the half-moon seal with a bit of RTV? It can have issues sealing sometimes if you don't. And yes, there's an o-ring around the CAS. That black band that looks like rubber? It's rubber. And will shrink/distort/degrade over time. Mine was leaking there too, the guys at RRE swapped out that o-ring and it's perfect now.
