I have a stage 3 chip in my car set close to my setting. Also have a safc 2. Along with a logger. How should I go about tunning the safc with the chip. Iv read about how guys start with -30 on the high and what not. But I should not have to go that low since I have the chip correct? New to this tunning and looking for some advice. I have read some write-ups but still little iffy on all this.

Zero out your safc, then start from scratch. The ECU think is already compensated for the larger injectors. Do you have a wideband to tune with?

Yes I have a wideband. I do not have it installed yet. I need to weld a new bung in for it with the turbo setup I put in. How far should it be mounted on the exhasut?

It should tell you in the instructions that you recieved with the wb. I run the AEM unit and mine specified putting the bung 36" from the exhaust side of the turbo.

It doesnt really matter where you put it, as long as its 36'' away from the turbo. The air fuel ratio isn't going to change the farther you move the sensor back
