I have a 2G exhaust manifold with a small crack (about an inch and a half in length) on the bottom side... Can you weld that to where it would somewhat seal nicely again??

You can if you know what your doin...

The question is how long will it last?

I cant remember how it works, but I think to make it last you heat up the mani first, then weld it while its hot...

Something like that.
Search around a lil bit and Im sure youll pull something. Ive seen mani. re-welded that didnt last very long at all.
Its all in the quality...

just buy a new one. you can get an evo3 or 2g for about $150 if you take them time to look around. im sure a welded crack on your manifold will work but in my opinion thats sketchy. dont macgever your car to make it work just spend more now and save time and $$ later
