Buying used cams

I am in the market for buying some cams and I was thinking about just getting some used ones. What do I need to watch out for? What question need to be asked?

Make sure the lobe surfaces are in good shape.

Just get lots of pics, so you can check all the journals & the lobes for scratches or marks. I would say its more important to have a completely smooth journal vs the lobes (not that either should be scratched) but being we have roller rockers, a small mark shouldn't be an issues with a roller, as long as the main surface is smooth.
