ok so ive been searcing for the last half hour and nothing seems to meet my problems i thought my alt was bad so i had it tested it tested fine, so checked the ecu it was bad i just replaced the ecu due to leaking capacitors car started fine but lights were dim figured batt was just super dead took the car for a test run but wont go anywhere i can here the turbo start to spool but then it bogs down and goes no where brought it back home shut the car off tried to turn it back on no luck? could the test be wrong ,bad batt ,fuse ,relay, terminals?
car is bone stock no mods

Check the fuses, if they are fine then put a multi-meter on the battery, it should read about 12.6. Have some one try and start the car, the voltage should not drop under 9.6. If it does its a bad batterie. If it cranks then the voltage should jump between 13-15. No more No less. If it isnt between 13-15 then the ALT is bad.
If all that checks out un-bolt the cat and restrain it so its not dangling. Take it for a test drive, if the RPM/Acceleration is cured then it was just a clogged cat.
If not then further diagnoses is required.
Those are just the easiest things.

My guess is it's the alternator fuse, check that next. This just happened on my friend's 91. We pulled the alternator thinking this was the problem but luckily it was the fuse that was keeping it from charging the battery.

Check the battery first. I don't know how many time's I've had cars come into work that think they need an alt. but really thier battery just won't accept the voltage coming from the alternator.

check the fuse it was blown so changed that and as for the car not wanting to go i had a boost leak so i pressure tested it found the leak and now im good to go

thanks guys
