To any megasquirt users I have one question... can msII be used with a 4g63 w/spark controll??? I think I read somewhere that the code doesn't support our cas??? but I have heard of people using megasquirt I on our cars! is there something I'm missing here???? any help would be appreciated.
The reason I want to use megasquirt II is the ve and timing maps are larger than in megasquirt I and the fuel resolution is 100 times better, not to mention it uses a faster processor(megasquirt I uses the same speed processor as our stock ecu so it basicly has the same limitations as far as injector sizes, which will only be a problem if I wanted to uses injectors larger than 1300cc.)
Lastly I have already decided not to buy dsmlink because for the price of dsmlink I can get a standalone(megasquirt) and a wide band(lc-1) and be done with my tuning needs cause I already have a laptop.
