is there any differenct between the different throw out bearing from act? i ask this because i have a act 2100 with a street disc from my fwd and my 2900 needs a throw out bearing could i use the bearing from the 2100? and what about the disc too?

if not where can i buy a bearing seperatly

i wouldn't re-use your old T/O bearing even if it still looks ok. The best T/O bearing to use is the OEM one its about $25. I would rather spend the extra $25 now instead of having to remove your transmission sometime soon or pay someone to do it which would cost you more money.

yes, it is recommended that you use the OEM throwout bearing because they just seem to be more reliable than third party ones. Many people on this forum have had many headaches with their act tob failing very early after the install. Any mitsubishi dealer can get one.
