My friend just bought a 1g and it idles at 2g
DSMLink is set for 1g and maft base is calabrated for his 660's

We cant get the idle down
Im thinking hes got some bad / cracked vac hoses.
What vac hoses affect the idle on a 1g?

Or does anyone else have any ideas on how to fix it?

It doesn't have to be any specific vacuum line to increase the idle. A vacuum leak pretty much anywhere can have that affect. Give it a boost check to find out. There are a few posts that show you how to make a homeade one

I do know that when running DSMLink and a GM MAF you want to zero the MAF translator (like you were running stock injectors) and make all your fuel calibrations in DSM Link.

DSMULATOR is right. A vacuume leak almost anywhere will cause a higher idle. Preform a boost leak test. I think I built mine at Home Depot for $10. You also can take a can of starting fluid and spray around the throttle body gaskets and intake to block gasket. If the idle gets even higher you know that the motor is sucking in that extra air with the starting fluid.
