I have been trying to find out what is going wrong with my car. At about 3k rpms the car will start to studder kind of hesitate. Ihave done a boost leak test found a huge leak my intercooler care was cracked so I replaced the intercooler last night. Did another test it has no leaks. I keep getting an intermitant cel it says there is problem with the iac valve but it will come on and then go off with in a matter of hours. Any help would be greatly apprieciated. Thanks:dsm:

Make sure there's no moisture on the top of the wires where the suction cup-like things are. If water or oil gets down into the spark plug shaft, it can cause misfires. Oil can get in there easily if your spark plug well gasket(s) is/are leaking. Check those out.

DId this hesitation started out of no where or did you make any changes like bigger turbo, upgraded intercooler setup...

Yes the plugs are gapped to .028. The hesitation started after injectors and fuel pump. I got 550cc RC injectors and the Walbro 255 pump. I was thinking it is because the car is running rich. I am currently waiting for a windband so I can try to make sure it's dialed in.
