hey guys i happend to get my hands on an evo 8 front mount intercooler for real cheap and with less than 1,000 miles and i some how managed to mount it on my talon with a hammer and a welder (pic 1). anyway what i was wondering was how should i route the pipes to the inlet side(pic 2) as you can see from the photos the inlet and outlet pipes point down at an angle i was just gonna go have it cut and welded so that it points to the engine bay but im not shure ill have enough clearence due to the radiator fans, the alternator and the power steering lines

anyway any sugestions would be cool thanks

You should be able to run the piping like you would for a normal side to side. You'll just need a custom angled piece on either end to make it straighten out.
